How it works

• The rate of pay is R300 per hour PROVIDED your course attracts 15 or more prepaid participants.
• LLLkzn reserves the right to CANCEL at short notice any course which has not reached that minimum registration 48 hours before delivery date.
• If the course has attracted less than the minimum but the facilitator is prepared to work for a lesser payment then the viability will be negotiated with LLLkzn.
• The cost of materials is not normally charged together with the fees as it is expected that lecturers will sell these directly to the students. However, if it is desirable and more convenient for some lecturers to sell their materials via an enlarged course fee, then this must be negotiated well in advance with LLLkzn who will want to see the actual materials. The lecturer is then responsible for all distribution of these materials.
• If audio visual equipment is required, lecturers must notify LLLkzn well in advance so that this equipment can be ordered. Lecturers will then be responsible for its security and safe return.
• LLLKZN has limited marketing capacity.  We need the support of presenters to reach potential participants.
